New school

Lucas said good-bye to his teachers and friends at Brackendale / Archway Montessori School (the school name changed in December). He spent just over a year and three months at the school and learned a lot of new words, skills, etc. there. Lucas made it into the class photo and when we got a copy, he told us the names of every kid in the class! He's made many friends at his first school and I'm sure he'll miss them once he realizes he won't be seeing them anymore. It was a good experience for him but since we moved, it's been a bit out of the way for me to take him every morning. So, from Monday, he'll be starting at a new place - a daycare so he won't have to wear his white and navy uniform anymore. Hurray!! The white shirts were a pain to clean every week. I've already taken him to his new school a couple times over the past two weeks to visit and get him familiar with his new teachers and classroom. He seems to like it there. His first full day will be this Monday but I'm sure he'll do just fine!
